Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end program and project delivery, focusing on financial management, Agile execution, and change governance
Coordinate project routines, manage dependencies, ensure compliance, and provide transparency into delivery progress and financial health
Lead project/program routines: kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Plan and coordinate delivery schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
Manage initiative financials, track budgets, and ensure cost alignment
Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards and governance processes
Provide status updates on outcomes, risks/issues, and schedules to senior leadership
Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple teams and time zones
Prepare and lead scaled Agile planning events (Pre-Planning, PI Planning)
Partner with technology leaders and architects to align solutions with strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management
Proven track record managing multiple projects across the lifecycle in Scaled Agile environments
Significant experience in financial management and initiative budgeting
Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills; ability to present to senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting deadlines
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Strong leadership, organizational agility, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across global teams in a fast-paced environment
Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio
Productivity Tools: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint
Methodologies: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile principles, Change Management
Financial Management: Budget tracking, cost forecasting, and reporting
