Responsibilities
Working closely alongside the Design Lead, the role will require flexibility and adaptability to work across all project phases and multiple projects simultaneously
Reviews and approves design related deliverables, materials, finishes, furniture, artwork, and branding
Communicates with the team in maintaining goals, schedule, and priorities of assigned projects
Performs additional duties as assigned by Manager
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in commercial workplace design
Preferred
7+ years of experience in commercial workplace design
Degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program or equivalent
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with demonstrated technical excellence
Comprehensive understanding of construction documentation assembly and coordination
Working knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards, including ADA compliance
Interest in sustainable design practices, particularly LEED and Fitwel certifications
Understanding of current industry standards and construction practices
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
