Regional Administrative Assistant
Aflac is seeking a dependable and highly organized entry-level Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in their Chantilly, VA office. This role is essential for keeping the office organized and ensuring the team operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
Schedule meetings, interviews, and trainings
Manage calendars and send reminders
Assist with onboarding and administrative paperwork
Track forms, licensing items, and follow-ups
Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal trackers
Prepare training rooms, sign-in sheets, and materials
Answer emails and provide general office support
Organize digital and physical files
