Responsibilities
Assemble electrical and electronic systems, support structures, and components
Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders
Clean, inspect, and tag components; package finished products for shipment
Adjust or repair electrical equipment and correct defects
Test products to ensure they meet specifications
Build products such as electric motors and sensing equipment
Perform manual assembly for small-scale production of electrical and electronic devices
Fabricate or modify parts using shop equipment and verify dimensions for accuracy
Populate, modify, or replace components on printed circuit board assemblies
Review work activities with supervisors to ensure quality and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 months of electrical assembly experience required
Ability to read technical drawings and perform precise assembly tasks
