Responsibilities

Support our training range research and development for the Department of Defense
Learn and contribute to a variety of systems and software engineering projects
Work with senior engineers to design, develop, test and document software applications
Interface with hardware, contribute to system builds and gain full scope integration experience

Required

Understanding of software development principals and methodologies
Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming languages
Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas
Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
Pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field
3.0 or higher GPA
Full-Time Intern- Must be registered for Full-time Internship Credit
U.S. Citizenship Requirements
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance

Preferred

Experience in 1 or more programming languages
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of distributed systems and microservices
Experience with Jira or task tracking tools
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Visual Studio, Gitlab
Strong math skills and ability to learn complex engineering concepts
