Responsibilities
Establish and own an FDA-defensible enterprise data strategy with clear lineage, definitions, and accountability
Design governance frameworks ensuring analytics function as auditable evidence, not interpretation
Resolve cross-functional metric conflicts to enforce a single, trusted source of truth
Identify high-impact, explainable AI use cases while explicitly defining prohibited applications
Own the full AI model lifecycle, including validation, monitoring, drift detection, and retirement
Establish ethical AI standards governing transparency, privacy, bias, and accountability
Build scalable data architecture supporting batch, quality, financial, and operational systems
Implement inspection-ready controls ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and traceability
Anticipate regulatory scrutiny and surface anomalies before downstream risk materializes
Design executive dashboards that compress complexity into decisive, outcome-oriented signals
Translate enterprise trends into actionable recommendations impacting strategy and capital allocation
Embed analytics into planning, forecasting, quality reviews, and S&OP operating rhythms
Design and scale a purpose-built analytics organization for regulated hyper-growth
Recruit and develop P90-level analytics, engineering, and data science talent
Build a culture of rigor, accountability, learning, and execution under pressure
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science leadership
Demonstrated success scaling analytics in high-growth, multi-stakeholder organizations
Proven experience building enterprise data strategies and governing analytics at scale
Track record of deploying AI responsibly in operational or decision-critical environments
Bachelor's degree required
Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, governance, and analytics within complex, regulated environments, with the ability to design systems that scale while remaining auditable and inspection-ready
Advanced understanding of applied AI and machine learning, including explainable models, risk controls, lifecycle governance, and ethical deployment in operational decision-making
Proven ability to translate complex, cross-functional data into executive-level insights that drive accountability, strategy, and measurable outcomes
Strong leadership capability in building high-performing analytics organizations, aligning talent, systems, and operating rhythms to business objectives
