Sr. HR IT Specialist

They are seeking a Sr. HR IT Specialist to support and optimize core HR IT processes, leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency and automate repetitive tasks. This role will involve collaboration with senior resources and contribute to HR IT operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Mass loads and Data corrections to employee data while ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards
Support Successfactors Release testing and Upgrades
Troubleshooting and provide Tier 1/2/3 HRIS support
Configure, optimize, and troubleshooting workflows within SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
Identifying process improvement and workflow optimization opportunities and leveraging AI to automate repetitive processes
Shadow and collaborate with the senior resource(s) to gain expertise in HR IT operations and transition into the primary support role for HR IT processes, ensuring seamless continuity
Document processes and build knowledge for long-term ownership
Work with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams located globally
Preferred experience enhancing ESM processes and improve user experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field
3–5+ years SAP SuccessFactors HRIS experience
Strong knowledge of data management processes (e.g., mass data loads, data corrections)
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP
Ability to document workflows and processes for knowledge transfer
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
Knowledge of OData APIs for SAP integrations
Familiarity with workflow automation tools like SAP Build Process Automation and/or Power Automate
