They are seeking a dynamic Creative Director to partner closely with the Founder & Chief Creative Officer, leading integrated campaigns and overseeing the creative process from concept to execution.

Responsibilities
Partner with the CCO to develop and pitch big, integrated campaign ideas
Concept and storyboard video and content ideas; direct talent and crews on set
Lead photo and video shoots from pre-production to final delivery
Oversee design direction across digital, print, retail, and social touchpoints
Mentor and manage designers, freelancers, and production partners
Collaborate with strategists and account teams to ensure ideas ladder up to brand goals
Elevate every detail of the creative product—craft, storytelling, and execution
Represent the agency in client presentations, bringing ideas to life with confidence
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in advertising, creative, or brand design agencies
Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, film direction, and design leadership
Proven experience directing talent on set and leading multidisciplinary productions
Mastery of visual storytelling, design systems, and campaign craft
Experience working with omnichannel retail brands needs across print, digital, and physical space
Strong leadership skills—able to inspire, manage, and grow creative teams
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma, Sketch, or similar design/prototyping platforms
Keynote, Google Slides, and presentation design tools
Familiarity with video production workflows and editing platforms
Knowledge of photography and motion best practices
Strong organizational and project management skills
