This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with experienced Capital Markets professionals and gain real-world exposure to how mortgage loans are priced, managed, and delivered in today’s market.

Responsibilities

Assist with the creation of rate sheet pricing and participate in bidding on mandatory bulk loan tapes
Learn how pricing components are structured and how interest rate risk is actively managed
Observe the loan pooling and delivery process
Become educated on how Housing Finance Agencies (HFA) play an important role in the affordable housing system
Participate in data mining, analyzing data and report building

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Foundational knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and economic principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
