Responsibilities
Provide correspondence and administrative assistance to the assigned Regional Vice President in a timely manner
Handle and process sensitive, complex, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist as needed in preparation of informational reports and special projects as requested by the Regional Vice President
Apply organizational skills to provide administrative support for departmental goals and initiatives
Prepare, process, and review oral and written material
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the Regional Vice President as needed, and receive incoming phone calls through the Call Center for the Regional Vice President
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED and experience in assisting a senior executive and two (2) years of clerical and office management experience; OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Must reside within Trillium's North Central Region, which includes the following counties: Beaufort, Dare, Edgecombe, Greene, Hyde, Nash, Pamlico, Pitt, Tyrrell, Washington, Wilson
Must be able to travel within catchment as required
Must obtain Notary Public certification within six (6) months of hire
