Architect and deliver M365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations
Support and implement solutions in M365 GCC environments
Deliver SharePoint Online migrations and light customizations (SPFx, Power Platform)
Provide hands-on technical leadership and client-facing support throughout projects
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
Background with GCC or GCC High
Proven experience with T2T migrations
SharePoint Online migration and customization familiarity
Power Platform hands-on knowledge (Power Automate, minimally)
Solid M365 identity, security, and PowerShell skills
Bachelor's Degree
US Citizen Required (No Visa Hiring)
Preferred
Microsoft certifications (MS-100/102, MS-700, MS-900, etc.)
