Sr. Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

Leading the system engineering efforts for electronic warfare systems
Designing, developing, and testing electrical and electronic components and systems to ensure they meet operational specifications and standards
Preparing and implementing directives to support engineering activities
Establishing and enforcing technical standards
Ensuring that the workforce is adequately trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively
Overseeing the entire lifecycle of electronic warfare systems—from conceptual design through testing and manufacturing supervision
Conducting electromagnetic compatibility assessments
Troubleshooting system issues
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies
Preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress and results to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with security protocols
Maintaining the necessary security clearance

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience
Proven expertise in electromagnetic system design, analysis, and testing
Demonstrated ability to design and develop specialized electronics
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
Physical capability to lift up to 20-30 pounds, stand, walk, twist, bend, and squat for extended periods
U.S. citizenship is mandatory for obtaining and maintaining the required security clearance at the Secret level
