Office Coordinator
Audio Impact is an award winning Smart Home technology company seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support their Project Supervisor with various daily tasks. The role involves maintaining communication with clients, dispatching field technicians, tracking job hours, and assisting with project proposals while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain constant communication with clients and internal team members
Serve as the central dispatcher for field technicians
Track all job hours
Provide service call update emails
Complete service call proposals
Complete large project proposals when the project is completed
Maintain the Open Job board as projects move through their life cycle
Work closely with the Project Manager to accurately scope work prior to installation
Check order sheet status prior to scheduling work
Maintain the technician, install calendar and schedule documents
Take incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or open tickets on Trello
Monitor Live Chat
Provide larger project email updates
File tech emails on the server
Add tech emails with open items to the hot list
Assist with incoming deliveries as needed
Be part of the solution and bring a positive attitude to work everyday
Encourage team members to do things the right way and show them how if they’re unsure
Help motivate the team
Qualification
Required
