Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst Intern you will have the opportunity to participate in work within the Business Analyst Team
You will utilize Google Sheets and SQL to fulfill reporting requests, manage data sets, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
You will help identify bottlenecks in current team workflows and propose data-backed solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency
Partner with the BA TA function to assist with data management, reporting, and process tasks related to organizational growth
Gain hands-on experience navigating ServiceNow to manage business requests and analyze workflow trends
Develop slide decks to present findings and 'actionable insights' to team stakeholders
Working with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
Analyzing data models to deliver logical conclusions, utilizing tools like Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables) and SQL
Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, particularly in process improvement
Proficient in inventing processes or systems; and conducting tests, surveys, and workshops to ensure positive outcomes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Linguistics, Operations Research, data science, technology degree, and/or a related technical field
Proficiency in Google Sheets (specifically VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and an introductory understanding of SQL
Familiarity with workflow or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is highly preferred
Effective communication skills with the ability to create professional slide decks to communicate data findings
Self-starter with a strong willingness to learn, work independently on assigned tasks, and take initiative to improve processes
Effective analytical, product and/or project management skills
