Graphic Designer
Pushing the Envelope, Inc. is an award-winning agency that values design as a means to evoke feelings and actions. They are seeking a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling design strategies and maintain a creative vision for clients, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Set design strategy for clients in alignment with their brand and company goals
Direct visual branding, ensuring consistency for all clients and the firm
Produce full campaign and individual graphics for digital and traditional media
Prepare pitch designs to aid in new business development as needed
Coordinate with design and creative partners as needed
Qualification
Required
Ethical in all regards
Proactive approach to work
Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience
Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, design, or a related field
Graphic design skills in both Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, etc
Experience with logo design and branding to create cohesive visual identities
Strong understanding of typography and its application in design
Must have the ability to develop creative concepts and successfully apply them
Must be able to oversee multiple projects/clients simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing, on the phone, and in person
Must have a strong command of the English language with equally strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized
Strong time management and organizational skills
Able to productively work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred
Adobe certification(s)
Prior experience in a marketing or creative agency environment
Video production abilities, limited (iMovie/Final Cut Pro/Canva/CapCut)
Great sense of humor
