Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems (VFDs, AHUs, motors, ATS, UPS, lighting)
Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams
Conduct load calculations and electrical testing
Perform infrared scans and equipment inspections
Respond to emergency call-ins as needed
Follow all safety, PPE, and NEC/NFPA 70E requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years' experience in electrical trades (5+ preferred)
Strong knowledge of high & low voltage systems
Experience with electrical tools and test equipment
Ability to meet physical and respirator requirements
Active Secret security clearance
Preferred
OSHA 10 certification
Building Automation Systems or industrial controls experience
Government or industrial facility experience
