Provide in-depth compressor technical assistance to customers via phone, addressing troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on repairs and enhancements

Stay current with industry standards, innovations, and emerging technologies

Qualification

Compressor industry experienceTroubleshooting technical issuesMechanical technical trainingMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelFluent in English

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum four years of experience in the compressor industry in a technical or service role is required
Proven experience in troubleshooting and remotely resolving technical issues with customers
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Preferred

Additional air compressor or related mechanical technical training is a plus
