Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, communication plans, and readiness approaches for EPC digitization initiatives
Create clear, executive‑ready communications, training materials, SharePoint content, and enablement assets that drive adoption of new tools and processes
Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops, roadshows, demos, and leadership briefings across global, cross‑functional teams
Design and analyze readiness and adoption surveys; define KPIs/OKRs and translate insights into actionable adoption plans
Partner with project managers, SMEs, and product owners to ensure change activities align with business goals, timelines, and user experience outcomes

Qualification

Required

5–7 years of Organizational Change Management experience, including use of Prosci/ADKAR or similar methodologies
Demonstrated experience conducting Change Impact Assessments and leading end‑to‑end change activities for enterprise technology transformations
Strong business writing, communication development, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical content for business audiences
Experience designing training strategies, building enablement materials, and facilitating workshops or leadership sessions
Proficiency analyzing readiness/adoption data, defining KPIs/OKRs, and turning insights into actionable recommendations
