Responsibilities
Provides analytical assistance to determine where changes are needed to improve process and procedures for CAB operations
Managing various email inboxes and CPUC General Order/ruling updates pertaining to investor-owned utilities
Quality management of informal complaints
Coding accuracy
Analysis and recommendation of complaint resolution processes
Providing support to Managers, CPUC policymakers and other stakeholders analyzing the various consumer complaints database
Prepares data and written analyses
Conducts data queries for review of accuracy in the Consumer Information Management System (CIMS) coding
Works closely with management to prepare procedures, job aids, trainings to operational staff within CAB
Qualification
Required
Eligibility for the classification
Completed STD 678 state application with dates, duties and responsibilities, and contact names and phone numbers of supervisors
Copy of transcript or diploma if using education to meet minimum qualifications
Official transcript required prior to appointment
Verification of United States course/degree equivalency for foreign education
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 or Electronic State Employment Application
Resume is required and must be included
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required
Preferred
Experience handling multiple assignments with accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting information utilizing platforms such as Excel or PowerPoint
Initiative on a project or assignment that helped shape the final product
