Responsibilities
Lead the development of web-based applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, or similar frameworks
Build and maintain scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components
Evaluate and implement improvements to existing interface flows and user experience
Collaborate with design teams, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to define and implement features
Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Participate in DevOps, release management, and deployment processes
Communicate effectively with project management and clients regarding progress, challenges, and next steps
Support integration of GenAI / LLM components in applications (preferred)
Ensure high-quality coding, performance optimization, and adherence to project timelines
Qualification
Required
8 to 12 years of significant experience as UI lead developer
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Redux, and Oracle
Experience with RESTful APIs and front-end performance optimization
Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git)
Lead the development of web-based applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, or similar frameworks
Build and maintain scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components
Evaluate and implement improvements to existing interface flows and user experience
Collaborate with design teams, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to define and implement features
Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Preferred
Knowledge of Snowflake, DevOps, and Release Management
Experience with GenAI / LLM model integration
Support integration of GenAI / LLM components in applications
