They are seeking a Marine Service Technician to support critical marine equipment by inspecting, servicing, and repairing lifeboats, davits/winches, and cranes, ensuring safety and reliability in marine environments.

Responsibilities
Inspect, test, commission, and perform annual and 5-year services on lifeboats, davit/winch systems, and PALFINGER cranes
Diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems in the field
Read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Complete clear, accurate service reports and required documentation
Communicate job status and progress with the Service Coordinator/Manager and support assembly or production activities when needed
Qualification
Required
A strong technical background with hands-on experience in hydraulic and mechanical/electromechanical systems
Solid theoretical knowledge of cranes, hydraulics, and electrical systems in marine or fishing environments
Willingness to travel and a strong commitment to working safely in line with HSE guidelines
Clear communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience in the marine or offshore industry
