Responsibilities
Develop an AI-enabled customer segmentation framework for Sharp’s display products
Identify and define key customer segments based on attributes such as industry, use case, size, and buying behavior
Build a structured framework to evaluate:
+ Product attributes and value drivers
+ Key customer profiles and decision makers
+ Propensity to buy across segments
+ Predominant channels and routes-to-market (RTM)
Analyze internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights
Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that support:
+ Product prioritization
+ Product positioning and messaging
+ Promotional and go-to-market strategies
Present findings and recommendations to the Product Marketing leadership team
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest or coursework in AI, machine learning, data modeling, or advanced analytics
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn data into clear business insights
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or similar is a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
