The Senior Project Manager will lead the end-to-end project delivery, manage stakeholder engagement, and oversee vendor performance while operating in a PM/PO hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for a full CMS replacement
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership, technology teams, and vendor partners
Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, SLAs, and contract expectations
Support Product Owner responsibilities such as backlog refinement, requirement gathering, and sprint prioritization
Guide cross-functional teams in matrixed environments to achieve project milestones
Communicate frequently and clearly with senior leaders, executives, and technical partners
Ensure alignment across business, UX, content, and technical streams
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of senior-level project management experience
Strong experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
Hands-on experience leading CMS implementation projects (Adobe, Sitecore, or similar)
Ability to operate in both Project Manager and Product Owner capacities
Proven success in matrixed organizational environments
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
Background in UX, content strategy, or digital product delivery
PMP, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent certifications (nice-to-have, not required)
Experience in utilities or other regulated industries (not required)
