Responsibilities

Resolving commissioning challenges and completing tasks assigned
Developing and implementing the Level 1 – 5 commissioning process delivery set forth in Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD), plans and specifications
Overseeing and executing the quality observation and testing in the field

Required

Minimum 2 years of commissioning experience for data center or mission critical facilities
Technical or Associate Degree from an accredited technical institution or college; or commensurate design or construction experience in mechanical, electrical, and/or controls systems
General understanding of building systems across all design disciplines
Ability to learn to interpret guidelines, standards, and best practices related to data center construction
Ability to become proficient with software programs for business as well as could-based commissioning and construction: Microsoft Word, Excel, CxAlloy, Autodesk BIM360, ACCBuild, and similar
Ability to travel as required by the project
Willingness to become OSHA certified
Valid driver's license and state required vehicle insurance

Preferred

Commissioning certification with a nationally recognized professional body
Direct positive communication with Owners, Contractors, and Engineers
Ability to apply safety training to specific construction situations and avoid unsafe work environments and promote quality installation
Ability to understand and safely use test and measurement equipment and common tools
Effective working individually and within team environments
