Responsibilities
Provide inventory and technical operations support across infrastructure environments
Perform low-voltage troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
Troubleshoot and repair PCs, servers, and related hardware
Install, configure, and maintain server and infrastructure components
Monitor system capacity, performance, and overall operational health
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate infrastructure and application performance issues
Participate in technical design and build activities to understand system requirements and impacts
Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
Support lifecycle management and total cost of ownership planning for infrastructure services
Develop and implement new hardware and infrastructure components according to specifications
Perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades to existing platforms
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks
Adhere to change, incident, and problem management standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote consistent build, implementation, and support processes
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with inventory management and technical operations support
Strong background in low-voltage troubleshooting and maintenance
Proven experience with PC and server troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
3–5 years of total relevant work experience
