Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution
Conduct client intake and maintain regular communication with clients
Request, review, and summarize medical records and medical bills
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, correspondence, and settlement demands
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (plaintiff-side preferred)
Strong knowledge of personal injury law, civil procedure, and litigation processes
Experience preparing demand packages and handling insurance correspondence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with California personal injury matters
Familiarity with discovery, subpoenas, and trial preparation
