Responsibilities
Assess and analyze potential internal and external market opportunities for Ardelyx
Gather data, information, and insights, develop strategies, and build and execute on tactical plans to ensure effective Commercial decision-making
Provide data analytics, commercial opinions, and market assessments on potential therapeutic targets and programs
Build strong, open and collaborative working relationships across Ardelyx functions
Maintain industry awareness regarding market trends, competition, product acceptance, and new product release
Maintain expert knowledge of available databases, online resources, and secondary data available to the pharmaceutical industry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred, with 5+ years' experience working in life-science-related data analytics, market landscape assessment, consulting and/or forecasting or equivalent experience
Direct experience with life sciences data sets including IQVIA, Symphony, and/or claims data
Strong verbal, written, PowerPoint and Excel communication skillsets
Extremely detail oriented & demonstrate problem solving/resolution skills
Aptitude to compile, analyze and present data in a concise manner and translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations in both written and oral contexts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work independently in a lean, dynamic, and nimble environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
Capability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines
Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to develop rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills
