Responsibilities
Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
Film customers, staff, office activity, events, and giveaways
Help promote monthly giveaways, Family Day events, and community promotions
Edit videos using CapCut, InShot, Canva, or phone apps
Post content consistently and follow a weekly schedule
Capture behind-the-scenes content at AMCO offices
Assist with live videos (giveaways, events, announcements)
Respond to basic comments and messages (optional, based on role level)
Qualification
Required
Comfortable on camera and talking to people
Creative, energetic, and not shy
Understands TikTok trends, reels, and viral content
Knows how to shoot and edit videos on a phone
Reliable transportation (to visit offices/events)
Organized and consistent with posting
Preferred
Spanish or Spanglish strongly preferred
Respond to basic comments and messages (optional, based on role level)
