New Grad, Entry LevelINW Dallas One Solutions is seeking a Research Development Laboratory Technician to support their laboratory operations. The primary responsibilities include preparing samples, maintaining documentation, ensuring lab safety, and assisting in inventory management.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble bench-top samples according to formula instructions
Package, label, and ship samples to customers and external partners
Log samples, data, and records in electronic systems for project traceability
Request, track, and organize documentation such as specification sheets, COAs, SDS, and allergen statements
Help maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow established cGMP/SOP procedures
Assist in tracking lab inventory/material usage and communicate low-stock items
Ensure lab equipment is clean and calibrated for accurate and consistent measurements
Participate in sensory evaluations as needed
Adequate knowledge of computer software; Excel, Word, Outlook
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Food Science or related field, preferred
Familiarity with working in a laboratory setting
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Acute attention to detail
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
