Responsibilities
Lead assembly, integration, and testing of complete satellites
Integrate customer payloads with spacecraft buses and oversee testing through launch readiness
Establish and operate cleanroom and AI&T processes in the US
Troubleshoot integration issues across mechanical, electrical, and systems interfaces
Support environmental testing including thermal vacuum and vibration
Own documentation including integration plans, test procedures, and reports
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in satellite systems engineering or AI&T
Proven hands-on experience integrating complete satellites
Strong background integrating payloads with spacecraft buses
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
US Citizen required
Preferred
Experience standing up or scaling AI&T or cleanroom operations
Experience contributing to satellite bus design or build
