Responsibilities

Assist in period-end close tasks and external and internal audit deliverables related to vendor rebates
Support the validation and analysis of rebate calculations to ensure compliance with vendor contracts
Develop and maintain reports to track rebate metrics, accruals, and variances
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and merchandising teams to ensure rebate accuracy
Assist in data validation and audit processes related to rebate programs
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for rebate operations
Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
0-2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or rebate support roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Understanding of rebate accounting, contract compliance, and accruals
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze large datasets
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
