Technical Support Specialist
Haystack is collaborating with ABB to offer a position as a Technical Service Specialist. In this role, you will provide critical technical support for power equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support and problem-solving via remote or on-site service
Offer technical consulting on service solutions to management, factory quality, and customers
Manage customer relationships and maintain regular contact with key clients
Document customer interactions and case management completely and accurately
Create and modify documentation like Procedures and Methods of Procedure
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and travel up to 20% for site escalations and training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 1+ years of experience OR Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with 3+ years of experience OR 5+ years equivalent work/military experience servicing critical power equipment (UPS, STS, PDU, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
Ability to provide technical consulting and recommendations for improvement
Valid work authorization for the US
Preferred
NETA, NICET, or CompTIA Certification is a plus
