Responsibilities
Design and implement supply chain solutions, including Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Lead requirements elicitation with client product managers; organize and participate in business workshops; challenge requirements and propose alternative business processes and solutions
Architect and oversee deployments using Blue Yonder Inventory Visibility and Order Management solutions
Create and document deployment processes aligned to the appropriate hosting model ( SaaS, Cloud, or On-Premise )
Design enterprise-scale solutions with deep understanding of order management, inventory management, and systems architecture within large, complex environments
Apply expertise in system integrations commonly associated with OMS, WMS, and POS platforms (e.g., PIM, Financials, Payments, Taxes, Fulfillment ) to guide clients and implementation teams on best practices and cost-effective solutions
Translate client requirements into architecture roadmaps and technical designs for implementation teams
Leverage experience with Java, microservices, scripting languages, build and automation tools, and unit test frameworks to audit implemented solutions and ensure high delivery quality
Utilize cloud technologies to support enterprise solutions
Apply strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills to develop solutions that address complex business challenges and align stakeholders
Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity on decisions, discussions, and proposed solutions, minimizing rework
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience
comfortable with frequent travel, up to 50%, to client locations in the United States and Mexico
Sterling OMS / Blue Yonder
Bachelor's degree in CIS, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Foreign degree equivalents accepted
Preferred
