Responsibilities
Effectively supervise assigned residential sites within the BH Adult Residential Program
Maintain compliance with Title 55 PA Code Chapter 5310: Community Residential Rehabilitation Services and Philadelphia DBH requirements
Interview and evaluate individuals for admission to the program as assigned
Supervise admission, assignment of residential counselors and discharge of residents approved by the program director
Regularly observe and provide feedback to staff to ensure that their interactions with each resident are appropriate and consistent with the individual's service plan
Ensure individuals gain access to needed psychiatric, medical, social, residential, financial and other appropriate services
Ensure individuals have access and availability to meaningful community activities appropriate to their ability and interests
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Health Discipline
At least one year of experience in the provision of behavioral health treatment and/or rehabilitation
Valid Driver's License and vehicle required
