Mid–Senior Level Project Manager

They are seeking a Mid–Senior Level Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality and efficient management.

Responsibilities
Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
Lead project planning, buyout, and procurement
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule goals
Manage change orders, pay applications, and financial tracking
Maintain accurate documentation in project management systems
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Experience in both ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects
Experience in one or more of the following sectors: QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), Retail, Financial institutions, Fitness, Entertainment
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Bluebeam
Experience with Procore
Experience with Buildr
Experience with NetSuite
