Responsibilities
Manage the full Accounts Payable lifecycle, including invoice processing and payments
Communicate with vendors to ensure invoices are accurate and compliant
Match invoices to transaction systems and code for proper accounting treatment
Prepare check requests and obtain required approvals
Research vendor payment terms and prioritize payments
Resolve billing and payment discrepancies
Perform monthly reporting and reconciliations
Partner with front, middle, and back office teams in the U.S. and Canada
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Accounts Payable or related experience
Strong SAP and Excel skills
High attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in oil, gas, or refined product trading/marketing is a plus
