Payroll Administrator
Pinnacle Partners, Inc is looking for a Payroll Administrator on a contract basis. The role involves processing payroll for up to 70 employees, managing timesheets, and handling onboarding and open enrollment tasks.
Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll for up to 70 employees
Work with timeclock system as well as manual timesheets
Manual processing of garnishments, child support and tax payments
Prepare and send out 401k documentation
Process new hire onboarding
Assist during open enrollment
Qualification
Required
3 years experience with manual payroll processing
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a team effectively
Good written and verbal communication
