Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
Assist with onboarding new clients and account setup
Execute and track workflows within Redtail CRM
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Support operations, compliance documentation, and internal processes
Provide administrative and office support to advisors and operations staff

Qualification

Client service experienceCRM systems proficiencyOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

1-3 years of professional experience in a client facing, administrative, or financial services environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfort learning and using CRM systems (Redtail experience a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
Bachelor's Degree required
