Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and schedules
Manage candidate communications from first interview through offer stage
Ensure interviewers and candidates are prepared with the right information at the right time
Track candidates accurately through our ATS and recruiting tools
Be a warm, responsive, and reliable point of contact for candidates
Represent Beast professionally and thoughtfully at every touchpoint
Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively keep candidates informed
Partner closely with recruiters to keep searches moving forward
Help manage interview loops, feedback collection, and decision timelines
Assist with offer logistics, background checks, and onboarding handoffs as needed
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, tools, and processes
Create consistency and clarity as hiring volume increases
Support recruiting operations projects that improve speed, accuracy, and experience
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a fast-paced administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and you enjoy keeping complex processes running cleanly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-changing environment
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy or follow-through
Professional judgment, discretion, and a high bar for candidate experience
Interest in recruiting, talent operations, and building teams in creative, high-growth environments
