Responsibilities

Receive immersive training to prepare you for success to grow a long-term career in sales at Ally
Ride along with Account Executives, Area Regional Growth Leaders, and Dealership Trainers to better understand Ally's sales roles and the teams that support their success
Collaborate with different internal groups to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Account Executive position
Shadow dealerships (our customers) to see their operations first-hand and form a solid understanding of how Ally can add customer value to their businesses
Collaborate with dealership leaders and staff while showing a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations, including sales, finance, service, parts, and accounting functions
Attend and assist the Sales Enablement training team with the training curriculum and Regional F&I Seminars for respective dealers
Coordinate sales and servicing activities with Key National Accounts and all other channel partners

Required

Must be able to move within the continental USA and amenable to relocation inside the continental United States (relocation package provided)
A business-related undergraduate degree is highly preferred or equivalent work experience required (2+ years)
Ability to develop business relationships with dealer principals and decision makers
Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Well-developed business management, presentation, and relationship-utilization skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to objectively handle conflicting priorities
Strong candidates will display excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently
