Responsibilities
Investigate billing disputes (BBFs) and late fees; advise operations on acceptance or rejection
Negotiate payment terms, extensions, and penalty waivers with suppliers
Resolve energy and water disconnection notices by identifying root causes and preventing service interruptions
Request missing invoices and ensure timely and accurate processing
Update Enel registration data with suppliers and maintain internal login and control records
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate clearly in English via phone calls
Experience with invoice processing, data acquisition, or supplier operations
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Familiarity with supplier portals, spreadsheets, and document management platforms
2 Years (associates degree) Post high school education should be sufficient / or College Diploma
