Responsibilities

Contracting 5+ year
Procurement or purchasing 5+ years
Proficient in excel, Powerpoint, Office 5+ years
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage ones time, including effective time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of construction management, procurement management, and strong project management skills
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, process development and implementation experience
Strong skill set in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc., experience in Ariba and/or supplier/contract management systems preferable
Ability to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines
Ability to analyze price proposals and other technical data
