Safety Administrator
SAVI EHS is a company focused on environmental health and safety, and they are seeking a detail-oriented EHS Administrator to support safety operations on an active construction site. This role involves documentation control, reporting, meeting coordination, and providing administrative support for the project safety team.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate EHS office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
Control and maintain data reports, safety documentation, and project records
Assist with project orientations and onboarding documentation
Schedule and coordinate safety meetings, trainings, and project meetings
Manage calendars and meeting logistics for site safety leadership
Track staff hours, training records, and project activity using time-tracking tools
Prepare safety reports, presentations, and documentation as required
Perform data entry, document filing, and record maintenance
Support communication between field teams and management
Maintain inventory of office and safety supplies
Provide general administrative support to EHS staff and project leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience (construction or EHS environment preferred)
Strong time management and meeting coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with data tracking, reporting, and document control
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Preferred
Experience with Procore
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
OSHA 30 Certification
