Responsibilities
Assist engineering partners with preparation, execution, and follow-up on assigned engineering projects
Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for engineering studies and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in equipment evaluations, workflow assessments, and root-cause investigations
Perform clerical and organizational tasks such as note-taking, maintaining files, and preparing reports
Engage in hands-on activities associated with engineering rotations and process improvement trials
Learn and apply relevant engineering standards, safety guidelines, and company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Is a second year, third-year or senior in college or is currently pursuing a master's degree or higher
Preferred
Pursing a degree in an Engineering-related major
Coursework in Engineering, Statistics, Manufacturing Processes/Systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and intranet/internet
