Responsibilities
Lead and manage procurement-related RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from initial intake through submission
Review incoming RFP requirements and coordinate responses across internal stakeholders
Organize, draft, and edit proposal responses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Maintain a repository of standard responses, templates, and supporting documentation
Track proposal timelines, deadlines, and submission requirements
Review proposals and contractual documents for completeness, accuracy, and risk exposure
Identify potential liability, compliance, or operational concerns and flag them for legal review
Coordinate with legal counsel on contract terms, redlines, and risk mitigation
Ensure documentation aligns with company policies and enterprise customer standards
Manage operational tasks and special projects for the management team
Support leadership with planning, reporting, coordination, and follow-through on initiatives
Improve internal processes, documentation, and workflows to increase efficiency
Act as a central point of coordination between departments for operational needs
Respond to existing customer requests for information
Coordinate internally to gather accurate and timely responses
Maintain up-to-date customer-facing documentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in operations, proposal management, procurement, or similar role
Experience managing RFPs and proposal responses end-to-end
Strong document review and editing skills
Familiarity with legal and contractual concepts
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in enterprise software or SaaS
Exposure to compliance documentation
Experience working cross-functionally
