Responsibilities

Clear service tickets by troubleshooting and repairing access control panels and its sub-unit components
Assist the installation team with installations, configurations, diagnostics and repair
Perform pre/post survey documentation
Maintain professional communication between leadership and end clients

Required

Must be able to work in teamed environments and as an individual
Must hold professional communication skills
Must hold at least 2 years experience installing and/or servicing Access Control Systems
