Responsibilities
Assemble electrical panels, switchgear, and power distribution components
Perform basic electrical testing and inspections to ensure quality and functionality
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material
Troubleshoot wiring and component issues during assembly and testing
Assist with testing of panel boards, communication systems, and related assemblies
Follow project specifications and production schedules
Maintain accurate assembly and testing documentation
Safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment
Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of electrical power systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and follow technical instructions and schematics
Comfortable with basic computer use for documentation
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Willing to work flexible hours as needed
Preferred
Experience with electrical panel or switchgear assembly
