Responsibilities

Own the comprehensive 3-5 year goal for the Data Integration business. Synthesize market trends, AI advancements, and customer insights to make strategic bets that drive long-term growth and market leadership
Lead the strategic direction for high-performance data engineering, specifically leading the adoption of Lakehouse architectures and Apache Spark. Define how our platform converges data warehouses and data lakes, ensuring exceptional interoperability and performance for massive-scale processing workloads
Lead the strategy for infusing Generative AI and automation across the entire integration stack. Define how our platform leverages AI to disrupt legacy ETL patterns, creating self-healing pipelines and autonomous data engineering capabilities that set new industry standards

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role
5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)
Experience developing or launching products or technologies within databases, analytics, big data, or a related area

Preferred

Master's degree in a technology or business related field
7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders
5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership
Experience managing or mentoring executive product managers and leading large cross-functional teams
Experience in lakehouse architectures, apache spark, enterprise data warehouses, ETL/ELT, and data governance
Ability to navigate ambiguity and define 0 to 1 strategies for emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, data mesh, and autonomous data operations
