Direct plan, coordinate and implement corporate facility projects and activities
Responsible for corporate facility long range as well as short range process, planning and implementation of facility plans within budgets and schedules
Direct and coordinate the administration of facility operations and services for YAI’s office, distribution, lab, and manufacturing operations
Space planning/utilization
Capital expenditures
Business interruption plan
YEC sustainment program
Commercial insurance (workers compensation; property; general liability; cargo; fiduciary liability; employment practices liability; directors and officers/management liability; crime/kidnap and ransom)
Maintenance
Housekeeping
Office supply purchasing

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical area
Minimum of six years of job related experience with a distinct focus on meeting internal and external customer needs
