Responsibilities
Lead onsite technical discovery and production deployments for healthcare enterprise customers
Build and maintain integrations with major EHR platforms and healthcare data systems
Develop production-grade applications and scalable backend services
Translate customer workflows and business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across data, APIs, and application layers
Build automation and tooling to improve deployment efficiency
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities
Strong experience with Python and modern frontend technologies (TypeScript/React preferred)
Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large and complex database systems
Experience integrating external enterprise systems and working with customer data environments
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across distributed systems
Experience working directly with customer technical teams and stakeholders
Healthcare domain knowledge, including clinical or revenue cycle workflows
Preferred
Experience working with EHR platforms or healthcare data ecosystems
Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as FHIR or HL7
Experience working in customer-facing or field engineering roles
Background working with healthcare providers or healthcare technology organizations
